The Riverside Lady Panthers will be returning 2 Seniors to the 2000 squad in Brooke James
and Ginger Moore. James and Moore will also be providing the leadership to the large squad
of underclassmen as they battle through tough District 14 opponents in Region 7AA.

Brooke James saw limited action due to health reasons last season but plans an improved showing in the 2000 campaign.
A strong 3 point shooter, the senior guard saw action primarily as a defensive specialist and an outside threat.
Anticipating increased action this season, James is optimistic about this year's Lady Panther squad.
" I have been raised in this program, from junior pro, to summer camps, on to varsity ball. I want to close out
my career at Riverside with a state title. As one of only two seniors on the team, I have to step up and be a leader. I am
prepared for that challenge "

Senior Ginger Hill has been involved with the Lady Panther program for 2 years, having transferred into the area
in her junior year. Playing the forward position, Hill has an aggressive and intelligent style of play, always being
around the ball and out thinking her opponents. Although possibly undersized for her position, Hill does not shy away from the
inside battles with larger players, winning more than she loses.
" I have had a great experience here at Riverside and look forward to my senior season.
Coming into a new program, it took some time for me to learn Coach Gardner's particular techniques,
but having the opportunity to play some last year has moved me along. I am ready to make an impact upon the
RHS Lady Panthers "
